Redbox
Validate
The Red Box phase lasts 2 months. Your goal is to validate your idea and its potential. To achieve this goal, you get a CHF 1'000.- budget, 70 hours of your work time, access to internal and external experts and much more. In the end, you have to convince a sponsor with your pitch presentation.
Bluebox
Pilot
If you manage to find a sponsor, the BlueBox phase starts. Equipped with a higher budget you will run a pilot with real customers. Beside that, you get access to coaching sessions, sprint workshops and many useful innovation modules.
Goldbox
Implement
After you have proven that your idea has real business potential, you will get the GoldBox.
Congratulations, your idea is turning into reality.
